We otherwise disclose information only with your consent or authorisation, or where permitted or required by law.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Records may be stored securely in electronic and paper systems and retained for the period required by law and professional obligations.
Email and website use
Email is not always a secure form of communication. Please consider this before sending sensitive health information by email. This website does not include an online patient form. Website hosting and embedded Google Maps may process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, in accordance with their own privacy practices.
Access and correction
You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Some legal exceptions may apply. We may ask you to verify your identity and may charge a reasonable fee where permitted.
